Course Agreement
NationGlobe Tech. Oracle Training
(This agreement is available for signature online. E-SIGNATURES are agreed and binding as hand signature after agreeing and registering for our IT training course, your first name and Last name represents your e-signature).
This Course Agreement (the “Agreement”) states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement between NGTech or NationGlobe Tech, Inc. Training having its principal location of business in Pikesville Baltimore MD represented by its legal representative firm - Weinstock, Friedman & Friedman on behalf of or by its IT Program Manager, Kenneth Ndam and the student (the “participant”) who registers and agrees to be bound by this agreement.

1.0 Nature of Services
The participant is registered for:
Course Name: Oracle Database Administration course – onsite
This agreement applies to the course as a whole: Where hereinafter “course” is indicated, it is in reference to the aforementioned course. The course to which this agreement applies is not in accordance in the requirements set forth to obtain an official diploma recognized by the American Government.
NationGlobe Tech training under no circumstance can lead to an official university degree, college degree, or high school diploma nor guarantee landing a job immediately upon completion. The course will help participants to prepare for a career as an Oracle DBA and to take and succeed in the certification exams organized and supported by Oracle Corporation. Applicant’s success will depend on effort and dedication put in by said applicant and ability to follow directives.
The course start date as determined;
The course end date as scheduled;
There are no exemptions available in this course for the participant, obtained through other training or certification. NGTech offers a separate Oracle RAC and DATA GURAD advanced class for students who wish to enter this course after the completion of the Oracle DBA course for an additional fee $1500.00.
NationGlobe Tech Program Manager can deny admission to the Oracle RAC and DATA GURAD program if this request isn’t considered reasonable based on a student’s performance and dedication in previous Oracle DBA course offered by NGTech. The Oracle DBA training for Oracle certified Associate (OCA) and Oracle certified Professional (OCP) certifications do not include the advanced Oracle RAC and DATA GUARD course.

2.0 Contents and Structure
The participant did inform him or herself in terms of the contents and structure of the course and any regulations pertaining to examination (if applicable.) including detailed orientation given by NGTech pertaining to the Oracle DBA course.
NationGlobe Tech Training has structured the course in a fashion in order for each committed participant to complete the course in its entirety during the allocated time. In the event NGTech cancels the course, it will do everything in its power to offer a similar course with another institute or at a different time.
3.0 Time and Location
NationGlobe Tech, Inc. Training makes the class schedule and locations known to each participant prior to the course start date. Each participant is required to follow the presented class schedule.
NationGlobe Tech reserves the right to change the class schedule or locations for organizational reasons and/or due to the nature of the course with reasonable consultation of students of said session and commits to providing class schedule or location changes timely, prior to the course start time.
4.0 Support for course
NationGlobe Tech commits to provide appropriate course support. There are trained and qualified instructors with experience in both public and private sectors. Our support falls in line with our mission: NGTech is aimed at providing quality services to improve lives through the combination of people, process and technology.
5.0 Cancellation of Course Activities by NGTech
NationGlobe Tech is required to prevent course activities from being postponed.
In the event that a course activity is canceled or postponed, NationGlobe Tech is required to offer this activity at a different time. Scheduling will be coordinated and agreed upon with the participant. In the event that a course activity is postponed, the participant will be informed immediately.
6.0 Participant Commitment
The participant (student) commits to the best of his or her ability to complete the course successfully within the set time frame. In particular, the participant is required to partake in each course activity, unless there are valid reasons why this participation cannot participate in a scheduled class. Our course will include intensive hands-on both onsite and lots of assignment and projects to be completed at home, it is the student’s responsibility to allocate time to complete each task as assigned.
7.0 Costs associated and Payment
In order to participate in the course, costs associated for the participant include: fees, certification, workstation, registration fees, and any associated cost.
The participant is required to pay all course fees in full prior to the course start date by credit card, check or by bank transfer to a designated account as agreed during enrollment. If payment cannot be made in full, reasonable installment payments will be agreed upon not less than $450 per month. A $500.00 registration fee shall be paid during initial enrollment in the course. The registration fee is inclusive in total tuition for the course. The total fee is $3500 excluding cost for workstation and certifications. Frequently, discounts may be given that may reduce the total course fee. In cases where installment payments have been accepted by program manager, any payment made in installments shall be completed not exceeding over a maximum period of 5 months and must be set up in automatic payments through NationGlobe secured payment portal. Monthly Manual payments are also accepted if payments are made on time - on the 1st of each month. For online payments, each payment shall be automatically withdrawn as agreed each month until all outstanding amounts are paid after which, no payments shall be withdrawn. If payments are not made as agreed, participants will be automatically disconnected from the online training portal until payment is made. In the event of failed payments due to insufficient funds, a fee of $30 shall be charged to cover up for additional processing.
The costs associated with the course are determined on a yearly basis based on cost and benefit analysis. NationGlobe Tech, Inc. Training aims to keep course fees constant. The cost for training does not include certification fees and workstation cost. Note that payment plan is available. Please contact us for more information.
8.0 Discounts
NationGlobe Tech deserves the right to give or discontinue any discount program at any time without prior notice. Referral discounts will be given as $50 bonus. Total new student discount and referral discount given to one student shall not exceed $300.
9.0 Cancellation
The course agreement goes into immediate effect upon registration for class.
The participant has two weeks, from the date of registering for the course, to cancel the course, for a refund less $200 for administration cost. After a month from the date of registration, cancellation of course by student/participant will forfeit total registration fees of $500 which is included in the invoice.
If a participant drops out halfway into the course, there is no requirement to pay full fees; however, if dropping out occurs after two weeks of registration, student will be responsible for an amount equivalent to$100 per week or $400 per month depending on the number of weeks or months from the date that registration occurred. After one month of start of course, there will be no refund of $500 registration fees paid.
In the event of cancellation within two weeks of course start date, NationGlobe Tech, commits to pay all paid course fees back to the participant or designated sponsor for sponsored participants within 4 weeks less $200 administration cost. Refunds do not include any amount paid for a custom laptop since the participant will keep the laptop.
10.0 Agreement Termination
Termination of this agreement will occur:
• After the period to which this agreement applies has passed (at end of IT training course).
• By completion of the course of Oracle DBA Training at NationGlobe Tech, Inc. by the participant.
• In the event the participant has left the course during the assigned time frame of the agreement, and has not responded to a repeated written notice by NationGlobe Tech. The termination of the agreement does not change the legal requirement for the student to pay all course fees.
• By mutual approval between the participant and NationGlobe Tech, Inc. Training, after written confirmation by both parties.
• In the event the participant dies.
• In the event NationGlobe Tech is unable to provide the course due to extraordinary circumstances.
11.0 Agreement Renewal
In the event that the participant has not been able to complete the course successfully, despite the maximized effort of both parties, both NationGlobe Tech, Inc. Training and the participant may decide that it is in the best interest of the participant to enroll in a different course offered by NationGlobe Tech, Inc. Training at a future date. Should this decision be agreed upon, a new Course Agreement will be put in place to reflect the said agreement.
12.0 Liability
The participant, as a party engaging in the course agreement, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to take any form of legal action against NationGlobe Tech, Inc. Training in connection with any cause of action stemming from the services, should such an event occur during or after said services as a direct or indirect cause of either NationGlobe Tech, Inc. Training or any third party’s actions, to the extent that this limitation does not release NationGlobe Tech, Inc. training from any cause of action stemming from NationGlobe Tech, Inc. Training’s negligence or intentional tort.
In the event that NationGlobe Tech, Inc. Training is negligent in acting upon the agreement, liability is maximized at the amount of course fees paid by the participant.
NationGlobe Tech, Inc. Training is not liable for theft, loss and/or damage of any items owned by the participant during said course, unless NationGlobe Tech, Inc. Training can be found guilty of grave negligence regarding reported items.
13.0 Copyright
The course program, course structure, manuals, materials and all the intellectual property thereto is solely the property of NationGlobe Tech. You may not resell, reuse, or share the materials with any other party under any circumstances.
14.0 Third Party Payers
The participant is required to pay all course fees in full prior to the course start date by credit card, check or by bank transfer to NationGlobe Tech or a designated account as agreed during enrollment. If payment cannot be made in full by third party payer, a payment arrangement with a third party Payer can be made, an initial payment of half the cost and a written agreement with the third party Payer stating commitment to complete balance on or before date of student’s completion of course is required. For a fast-paced training, the cost may differ from normal 5 month’s course, but may not exceed $5500 in total.

Termination of this agreement will occur:
• After the period to which this agreement applies has passed (at end of IT training course).
• By completion of the course of Oracle DBA Training at NationGlobe Tech, Inc. by the participant.
• In the event the participant has left the course during the assigned time frame of the agreement, and has not responded to a repeated written notice by NationGlobe Tech. The termination of the agreement does not change the legal requirement for the student to pay all course fees.

Photography, video or audio recording or any other means of recording is strictly prohibited during the training unless previous permission has been granted by NationGlobe Tech Training.
The participant is required to pay all course fees in full prior to the course start date by credit card, check or by bank transfer to NationGlobe Tech or a designated account as agreed during enrollment. If payment cannot be made in full by third party payer, a payment arrangement with a third party Payer can be made, an initial payment of half the cost and a written agreement with the third party Payer stating commitment to complete balance on or before date of student’s completion of course is required. For a fast-paced training, the cost may differ from normal 5 month’s course, but may not exceed $5500 in total.
15.0 Agreement
This agreement will go into effect immediately upon paying registration fee or signing this agreement or both with a cancellation period of two weeks. During this period, the participant will be able to study the agreement and cancel the course unilaterally without being held accountable by NationGlobe Tech for entire fee except $200 administrative charge. The cancellation is required to be submitted in writing and is to be directed as C/O legal representative of NationGlobe Tech as mentioned in the first page of this agreement.
16.0 Closing Statement
In events or situations for which this agreement has no provisions, NationGlobe Tech will determine the course of action after discussion with the participant. The participant hereby declares to have carefully read and agreed to this agreement. The participant has registered this course voluntarily. Registration for the course signifies acceptance of terms and conditions.
